Terms of Service

1. Who we are

QYPR is an independent platform for people preparing to join, or recruiting for, the United States Space Force. It is operated by [ legal entity ]. Creating an account means you accept these terms.

We are not the Space Force. Nothing here is official military guidance, and using QYPR does not enlist you or guarantee any test score or outcome. See the DOD disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 to hold an account of any kind. We ask for your date of birth at signup and reject anyone below that floor. Enlistment is possible at 17 with parental consent, so if you are under 18 you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

Recruiter access is verified before it is granted. Signing up as a recruiter creates a standard account and records the request until your rank and station are confirmed. Misrepresenting yourself as a recruiter, service member, or government official is grounds for immediate termination and may be a criminal offence.

3. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

These are binding commitments, not marketing copy:

• Cancelling is never harder than subscribing. You cancel from the same place you signed up, in the same number of steps — no phone call, no chat queue, no retention maze.
• We remind you before we charge you. For anything that renews automatically we email at least 7 days beforehand with the amount, the date, and a one-click cancellation link.
• Free trials state plainly what happens at the end, and we remind you at least 3 days before one converts to a paid plan.
• After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Price changes take effect only at the next renewal and only after at least 30 days’ notice.

UK and EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel for a refund. Where you request immediate access to digital content, you may be charged for what you used before cancelling.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a licence to host and display it purely to operate the service, and that licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

Do not post classified or operationally sensitive information, or personal data belonging to other people. If you are unsure, don’t.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not impersonate a recruiter, service member, or government official.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
• Do not post reviews or endorsements that are fake, or incentivised without disclosure.
• Do not scrape, resell, or bulk-extract our content or other users’ data.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Practice material is practice material

Our ASVAB engine is unofficial preparation. It is not the ASVAB, the CAT-ASVAB, or the PiCAT, and it is not produced or endorsed by the Department of Defense. Scores — including AFQT and MAGE composites — are estimates only. Fitness features are informational and are not medical advice; consult a physician before starting any training programme.

7. Safety

QYPR is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number, or in the US call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or the Veterans Crisis Line at 988, press 1. Our AI features are configured to surface these resources rather than attempt counselling, and moderation escalates credible risk to human review.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Except for serious or unlawful conduct we will tell you why and give you a route to appeal to a human. You may close your account at any time, for any reason.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. 10. Changes and governing law

We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [ jurisdiction ], without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
