Transcripts and records
Official high-school or college transcripts, and medical records your recruiter asked for.
Request official transcripts early. Sealed or electronic official is what MEPS wants, not a screenshot. If you have asthma, ADHD, counseling, or surgeries, get those records before MEPS so waivers can start. Missing paper is the number-one delay.
