What you get paid
Base pay is by rank and years. BAH and BAS come after you leave BMT in most cases.
E-1 pay is public on DFAS tables. You do not get full BAH as a single trainee in BMT the way a married member in tech school might. Ask your recruiter about bonuses only if they are on the contract.
