Recruiting is a paper machine. Keep a folder: ID, SSN card, transcripts, meds list, addresses for the last 10 years, police dispositions, and a list of people who can verify your history. Reply to your recruiter the same day. Most delays are silence and missing pages, not the ASVAB.
